Welcome to CMR Solutions, LLC a Boulder, Colorado company. I'd like to tell you a little bit about my background, because knowing who you are working with is as important as the services being offered. I have spent the majority of my career as a marketing professional, working for companies in industries ranging from high-tech B2B, natural food CPGs to food commodity boards; Fortune 500 companies to small entrepreneurial brands; and I have held leadership roles on both the client as well as the agency sides of the business. In 2010 I turned my passion for health and wellness into my profession and became a registered dietitian nutritionist. I have combined my experience as a marketer with my expertise as a nutritionist to deliver and promote high-quality natural products and services. Today, as the president and founder of CMR Solutions, I am excited to be working with organizations who are committed to doing the same.

The opportunity to continuously learn, enhance my knowledge, share information and contribute to organizations with shared values is a significant reason why I love what I do.

I write the monthly nutrition column for the Daily Camera. I serve on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the Public Relations and Marketing Co-Chair. I am a speaker for the Vegetarian Nutrition Speaker's Bureau and a part of Sterling-Rice Group's Culinary Council. I am a member of several dietetic practice groups, including: Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, Vegetarian Nutrition, Culinary Food Professionals and Nutrition Entrepreneurs. 

I have served as a volunteer for Live Well Colorado Longmont's, Worksite Wellness Collaboration Task Force, and Cooking Matters (a Share Our Strength organization) as a nutrition educator. I also offer private nutrition counseling services through Essential Nutrition in Boulder, CO. 

I obtained an MBA from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Leeds School of Business, a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University, and a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Biology from San Jose State University.
